The URL of each photograph used must be registered by sending an email to: dan.mcgowan@virgin.net with the filename, URL, and initial date of posting to the web site.

A request by any person(s) within the photograph(s) and / or by the copyright holder, to remove the photograph(s), must be honoured within 48hours of receipt of request.

Photographs may not be altered in any negative manner, may not be associated with any derogatory information, may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes, may not appear with sexually explicit material, and may not be sold nor used where there is a charge associated with access to viewing.

Any person or legal entity using these images in violation of the above conditions will be billed for usage at a minimum of £500 per image per violation.
